Power Flow   //   All Levels. Designed for new and continuing students. Ignite your inner fire! This invigorating class focuses on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible.  60 minutes, 90 degrees

Slow Flow Non-Heated    //   All levels & great for newbies. This class is a slower paced flow focusing on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat and practice stillness. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and renewed. 60 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Restore Non-Heated   //    All levels & great for newbies. This class is a very slow, yin like practice focusing on the breath and turning inward. You will meditate. You will breathe. You will leave feeling restored. 60 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Buti  //   Accept the challenge in this invigorating fun class. What’s this class about..? This calorie scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting movement.  Warning: music may get a little explicit and you’re guaranteed to have fun. 60 minutes, 90 degrees
