CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Flow   //   All Levels. Designed for new and continuing students. Ignite your inner fire! This invigorating class focuses on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible.  (60 minutes, 90 degrees)

Slow Flow Non-Heated    //   All levels & great for newbies. This class is a slower paced flow focusing on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat and practice stillness. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and renewed. (60 minutes, non-heated 78-82 degrees)

Restore Non-Heated   //    All levels & great for newbies. This class is a very slow, yin like practice focusing on the breath and turning inward. You will meditate. You will breathe. You will leave feeling restored. (60 minutes, non-heated 78-82 degrees)

Meditate + Rejuvenate   // You will meditate. You will move. You will breathe. This class will combine gentle yoga, yoga nidria, breathing exercises and more! You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. (60 minutes, no heat 78-82 degrees)
