Hey babes!

We are entering the end of the transition period with Yoga Space. 

Our mission here is simple; to create community, empower each other and to raise the bar on and off the mat.

And with that creates change, growth and transformation.

Whats that mean? Well, If you have current Yoga Space classes; you have 30 days to come use them up! Last day to use those classes will be the day before Thanksgiving, Wednesday November 21. After that, we will not be honoring any Yoga Space classes. 

The Yoga Roots will be CLOSED Thursday November 21 - Sunday December 2.

Starting Monday December 3rd you will see a BRAND NEW schedule, new teachers and new classes that are consistent with The Yoga Roots being a Baptiste Flow Studio.

We want to engage and inspire people everywhere. We're excited to practice, learn about you and create something beautiful together.

Here at TYR you are guaranteed to step into a community, to meet new friends and to experience powerful, sweaty, fun classes. Come as you are, do what you can and get ready to have fun!

You will leave feeling empowered, transformed and really have the freedom and possibility to access your truest you!

If you have yet to come see us, come on by! But please take note that the new schedule will start Monday December 3!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Flow   //   All Levels. Designed for new and continuing students. Ignite your inner fire! This invigorating class focuses on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible.  60 minutes, 90 degrees

Slow Flow Non-Heated    //   All levels & great for newbies. This class is a slower paced flow focusing on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat and practice stillness. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and renewed. 60 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Flow 45    //   All Levels. Designed for new and continuing students. Come flow with us for your lunch hour. In 45 minutes flat! Ignite your inner fire! This invigorating class focuses on the breath and alignment all while having FUN! Get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential and push the limits of what is possible. 45 minutes, 90 degrees // ps. we have showers if you need to go back to work right after!

Hatha Level 1  // Designed for beginners and those new to Yoga. Come learn the foundations of standing poses, shoulderstand and other fundamental poses while building strength and stamina. 90 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Hatha Level 1 - 2  //  A bridge between the Level 1 and Level 2 classes. Shoulder stand is practiced regularly in this class building stamina in the pose to prepare you for the Level 2 class.  The intermediate standing  poses are introduced as well as forward bends, back bends and pranayama. 90 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Hatha Level 2  //  Designed for intermediate students who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Come learn an in-depth study of the standing poses and explore shoulder stand variations, seated forward bends, back bends, and headstand! 90 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Restore Non-Heated   //    All levels & great for newbies. This class is a very slow, yin like practice focusing on the breath and tuning inward. You will meditate. You will breathe. You will leave feeling restored. 60 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)

Meditate+Restore  //  Come experience a deeply relaxing and supported yoga class with creative visualization and meditation throughout. 90 minutes, non-heated (78-82 degrees)
