Rachel found yoga in 2013, seeking relief from a lifelong battle with depression and hoping to obtain a healthy weight. She quickly became passionate about yoga as it provided tools to help her transform her life. Rachel shed over 100 lbs all while gaining strength and flexibility in the body and balance in the mind. She strives to create classes with a sense of playfulness all while focusing on the breath, where students are encouraged to feel confident mindfully exploring their practice. She is certified and registered at the 200hr level in both hatha and vinyasa flow and has completed AOA with Baptiste Institute.
